Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in consulting, operations, or transformation roles.
• Leadership in large-scale, digitally enabled transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of integrated operations across people, process, and technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence without authority.
• Collaborate on projects to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and positioning of Hatch’s IROC practice within the region.
• Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, including target clients, offerings, and messaging.
• Originate, pursue, and convert opportunities, with a strong focus on building a sustainable pipeline.
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to articulate value and shape opportunities.
• Lead and support proposal development, including win strategy, commercial positioning, and delivery approach.
• Play a senior role in client engagement models, including executive-level interactions.
• Provide subject matter leadership across project delivery, including coaching, review, and key client engagement (~25%).
• Build and grow a regional IROC capability by developing talent and mobilizing broader Hatch expertise.
• Drive thought leadership through industry engagement, conferences, and publications.
• Collaborate with the global IROC team to evolve and scale repeatable offerings.
• Contribute to cross-region business development and project delivery as needed.
