Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering/Business/Finance
• MBA/PhD advantageous
• Experience in mining/metals/energy/infrastructure
• Knowledge: Strategy/Transaction Support/Transformation/Capital Productivity/Supply Chain/Asset & Maintenance/Organization Effectiveness/Risk Management
• Experience leading large-scale operational engagements
• Comfortable with ambiguity and value distillation
• Client relationship management & business development
• Motivating and supportive leadership
