Hatch is seeking a capable management consultant to lead client delivery on Operational Readiness and Ramp-Up engagements in mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. You will develop readiness strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks, while guiding teams through late project phases to stabilisation.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, executive storytelling, and the ability to win new business and build client relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, advisory, or professional services environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced client environments.

Responsibilities

• Client Delivery & Execution across readiness and ramp-up engagements.
• Develop and implement Operational Readiness strategies and ramp-up plans.
• Lead workshops, readiness reviews and decision forums with client stakeholders.
• Support business development activities: proposals, client presentations, credentials.
