Job summary

Hatch is seeking a highly experienced Practice Lead – IROC to drive growth and delivery of the Integrated Remote Operations Centre within a regional market. You will originate opportunities, shape strategy, and engage senior client stakeholders to articulate tangible value from digitally enabled operational transformation.

You will lead regional talent development, collaborate with the global IROC team, and contribute to cross-region initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years in consulting, operations, or transformation roles.
Proven leadership in large-scale, digitally enabled transformation programs.
Strong understanding of integrated operations across people, process, and technology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence without authority.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Lead growth and positioning of Hatch’s IROC practice in the region.
Define regional go-to-market strategy, target clients, offerings, and messaging.
Originate and pursue opportunities; build a sustainable pipeline.
Engage with senior client stakeholders to articulate value.
Lead proposal development, including win strategy and delivery approach.
Play a senior role in client engagements, including executive interactions (~25%).
Develop talent; build regional IROC capability and ecosystem of Hatch expertise.
Drive thought leadership through industry engagement and publications.
Collaborate with the global IROC team to evolve offerings and scale delivery.
Contribute to cross-region business development and project delivery as needed.
