Job summary

Network Contracting Solutions is seeking an Assistant Planner for a financial advisory practice based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. The role supports Financial Advisors and Paraplanners with advice documentation, client servicing, instruction processing and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a Matric, a Wealth Management qualification (NQF Level 5) and FAIS/RE5 experience or progress toward RE5, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills for managing multiple client

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
• NQF Level 5 in Wealth Management is required or advantageous.
• A relevant financial services qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Records of Advice (ROA) and Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) as instructed by Financial Advisors.
• Assist with client-specific advice documentation covering investments and retirement planning.
• Review client financial information and ensure documentation reflects client goals and risk profiles.
• Conduct product and platform research to support advice preparation.
• Handle post-advice client servicing queries and follow up to completion.
