Job summary

The role also involves post-advice servicing and ensuring accurate, timely instruction processing. The successful candidate will act as a key operational link between clients, platforms and internal teams,

Qualifications

• Matric with NQF Level 5 in Wealth Management.
• Two to five years' experience in financial advisory or paraplanning.
• FAIS-recognised qualification and RE5, or actively pursuing.
• Solid understanding of SA investment, retirement and risk products.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ROA and FNA in line with FAIS requirements.
• Draft client-specific advice documentation for investments and retirement planning.
• Ensure documentation aligns with client risk profiles and mandates.
• Process client instructions and submit to investment platforms and LISPs.
• Maintain accurate client files and support compliance audits.
