Job summary

National Empowerment Fund seeks a capable analyst to support Investment Associates across deal execution. You will assess and package UIF transactions, provide financial analysis using established modelling tools, and prepare valuation analyses to inform investment approval.

Collaborating with the Deal Team, you will mobilise internal and external resources, conduct market research, and contribute to risk mitigation through structured finance options and diligence processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years Financial Analysis experience.
• Experience in private equity desirable.
• Generalist in corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis using approved modelling tools for the Deal Team.
• Assess, package and recommend transactions for approval.
• Analyse market information and report on a deal-by-deal basis.
• Develop valuation analyses to mitigate risks for the NEF and clients.
