NEF seeks a financially skilled Analyst to support Post Investment Associates by analysing deals and ensuring financial models align with revenue collection goals. You will perform in-depth financial analysis, report market information, and contribute to strategy development for portfolio companies.

The role involves due diligence support, portfolio evaluation, and annual site visits to monitor performance, with emphasis on risk assessment and long-term viability of deals.

Competenze

• 2–5 years Financial Analysis experience.
• Generalist in corporate finance with some private equity exposure.
• Strong Excel skills for modelling and projection work.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis using approved financial modelling for existing portfolio companies.
• Analyse, compile and report on market information on a deal-by-deal basis.
• Contribute to the development of a business development strategy for portfolio companies.
• Develop knowledge of corporate finance / private equity environment to support mitigation of risk for portfolio companies.
• Participate in due diligence for additional funding or restructuring.
• Provide commentary on finance and legal structures for investments to ensure sustainability.
• Analyse financial information relating to portfolio companies to determine commercial viability.
• Consider economic implications affecting portfolio performance.
• Perform annual site visits to investee portfolio companies.
• Identify potential defaults early.
