Bidvest Facilities Management in Pretoria is seeking a Stores Assistant to manage end-to-end receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of maintenance spare parts and facility consumables. You will ensure stock accuracy in SAP and compliant storage practices.

You will support maintenance teams with on-time material fulfillment, perform regular stock checks, and help maintain safe, orderly warehouse operations in line with OHSA and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12/Matric with SCM/Logistics qualification.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Experience with SAP ERP inventory module.

Responsabilités

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch maintenance spare parts and inventory.
• Ensure stock aligns with SAP records and maintain hazardous storage compliance.
• Perform inbound ingestion, verify deliveries against POs and log discrepancies.
• Update SAP with GRN and stock movements; conduct cycle counts and audits.
• Assist facility technicians with material requisitions and on-time fulfillment.
