Job summary

Aspen Pharma Group is looking for a Stores Assistant to join their Engineering Department in South Africa, Wes-Kaap. The ideal candidate must have at least a Matric/Grade 12, preferably with a Diploma in Stores Management, and 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Responsibilities include managing stock in the engineering store and data capturing on SAP. Candidates must be detail-oriented, computer literate, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification required is Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics.
• A Diploma in Stores Management would be advantageous.
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/engineering/stores environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials are issued from or received in the engineering store.
• Perform forklift driver duties as needed.
• Accurately capture all data onto SAP.
