Job summary

ANEW Resort Wilderness in Western Cape is seeking a reliable Stock Controller to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will manage stock for Food & Beverage and operations, ensuring accurate receiving, recording, storage, issuing and reconciliation.

Based in Wilderness, this role requires integrity, attention to detail and the ability to implement controls to minimise wastage and stock-related risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of financial controls and cost management.
• Familiarity with supplier relationships and procurement.
• Ability to implement SOPs and maintain records.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Maintain stock levels across departments.
