You will receive, issue, monitor, and reconcile stock while maintaining accurate records, collaborating with Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and stock control is essential.
• Strong cost control awareness and financial discipline.
• Familiarity with stock systems, ERP or inventory software.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and par levels.
• Conduct regular counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor storage conditions and track expiration dates.
• Manage stock rotation and record wastage.
• Place purchase orders and verify deliveries; monitor quality.
• Monitor budgets, verify pricing, process invoices and track variances.
• Document transactions and support audits; maintain records.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance; monitor systems.
• Report discrepancies and support department needs.
