Placements24 is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for a hybrid role in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The candidate will manage stock accuracy, perform cycle counts, and keep WMS records up to date, while supporting order fulfilment and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have strong data entry, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently or in a team, within a dynamic retail supply environment. Local commuting is required for hybrid duties.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies between system records and actual stock and resolve them.
• Maintain inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Process stock adjustments, transfers and returns efficiently.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, aging, and turnover.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and suggest actions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
