• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain accurate inventory control procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability and minimize costs and stockouts.
• Oversee receiving and put-away to ensure accurate recording of incoming goods.
• Manage picking and packing accuracy for correct order fulfillment.
• Track inventory movement within the warehouse using WMS.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and identify obsolete stock.
• Ensure proper storage/handling to prevent damage or spoilage.
• Generate reports on inventory status, accuracy, and KPIs.
