The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring accuracy, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations, and optimizing inventory levels to support operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory control operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

• Lead, train, and motivate the inventory control team.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management, with a strong preference for the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting, and stocktaking procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
