Placements24 is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for our client based in Centurion. You will oversee inventory control, optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and prevent stockouts by implementing robust systems and processes.

You will analyze stock data, forecast demand, and collaborate with procurement and sales to align inventory with business needs, driving efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of inventory management experience in large-scale logistics or retail environments.
• Proven ability to implement and manage advanced inventory control systems and WMS.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations.

You will implement and maintain robust inventory management systems and processes, analyze stock data, and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts. This is a key position for driving efficiency and profitability within the company's supply chain, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels across all locations.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify record accuracy and identify discrepancies.
