Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status, including stock aging and potential obsolescence.
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures within the Upington facility.
• Collaborate with the receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Participate in inventory audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join their team in Upington, Northern Cape. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory data, ensuring efficient stock management, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems, cycle counting methodologies, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Requirements
