About the Role

Our client, a growing retail group with a significant presence in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal , is seeking a meticulous and efficient Inventory and Stock Control Specialist. This role is critical for maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a proven understanding of inventory management systems. You will be responsible for implementing and refining stock control procedures to optimize inventory turnover and reduce losses. This position demands precision and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving stock-related issues. You will play a vital role in supporting the overall operational efficiency of the retail stores in the Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal area. This is a hands-on role requiring regular presence within the store and stockroom facilities.

Key Responsibilities
