Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an International Recruitment Consultant to join our Bloemfontein office. The role focuses on sourcing and placing talent for international assignments, with exposure to global labor markets and cross-cultural communication.

You will work with clients across countries, identify candidates in South Africa for overseas placements, and coordinate visa and relocation support as part of international placements.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience with cross-border hiring.
• Familiarity with international labor laws and visa regulations.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex international recruitment projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using global recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
