Exceed HR and Recruitment in Macassar seeks an Internal Sales Consultant to manage high volumes of email and WhatsApp enquiries. You will respond to queries, capture and update customer data, and support the internal sales process.

Responsibilities include handling sales leads with HubSpot, preparing accurate quotations using Omni Accounts, and delivering excellent customer service under pressure.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a similar role is essential.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate customer quotations.
• HubSpot CRM and Omni Accounts experience advantageous.
