A well-established authorised distributor of specialised commercial vehicle systems and cargo handling equipment is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Internal Sales Representative to join its Johannesburg East team.

This is a counter and internal sales role that requires a technically grounded individual with a genuine passion for parts sales, strong customer relationships, and the drive to independently grow market share.

Qualifications:

• Matric essential
• Spare parts sales training or technical qualification is advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of spare parts sales experience
• Proven counter or internal sales background, ideally within truck, automotive, or commercial vehicle sectors
• Experience working with transport and logistics companies strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret spare parts catalogues and technical manuals

Essential Skills:

• Strong parts identification and technical catalogue knowledge
• Proven cold calling and proactive sales ability
• Customer-focused with excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
