Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of its Cape Town branch. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong administration and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in internal sales or office management, experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and proven ability to work independently while managing branch operations and coordinating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 essential.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in internal sales and/or office management.
• Experience within a manufacturing, industrial or supply environment.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and branch enquiries.
• Compile and follow up on quotations.
• Process orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Provide support and leads to the external sales team.
• Assist with customer portals and order processing.
• Expedite orders and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Assist with stock and consignment stock management.
• Manage branch debtors and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain sales records, reports and customer databases.
• Oversee general office administration and ensure the branch runs efficiently.
