Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client quotes
• Follow up and check on outstanding quotes
• Manage day-to-day sales activity and client relationships
• Look after existing clients
• Book all after-sales service calls
• Communicate with clients regarding after-sales matters
• Handle service call administration
• Manage general administrative tasks linked to the sales process
• Handle service-related admin as required
• Compile and maintain sales reports
• Work with the Sales Manager on ongoing sales reporting
• Complete ClickView training as required for the role
• Time allocation: quotes and sales activity; after-sales service and client communication
