Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions connecting various systems. The role focuses on workflow orchestration, API-led integration, event-driven architectures, and modernizing operational processes in the financial services domain.

You will work on Camunda-based workflows, React interfaces, and Azure deployments, while aligning with security controls and monitoring frameworks to drive automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale repayment, collections, lending servicing, or debt management platforms within financial services.
• Proven experience in implementing workflow technologies (e.g., Camunda).
• Strong experience with React front-end development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Camunda Workflow Orchestration.
• Develop and maintain React front-end components for integration interfaces.
• Implement API-led integration strategies for seamless system communication.
• Design and build solutions leveraging event-driven architecture and real-time processing.

• Familiarity with Collections Operations, Lending Servicing Processes, Debit Orders, DebiCheck, Mandate Management, Payment Collections, Arrears Management, Customer Communication Processes, Financial Services Regulatory Requirements, and Banking Operational Risk Controls.
• Proven ability to modernize operational processes and reduce manual effort through automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other workflow orchestration or business process management (BPM) tools.
