Job summary

Indsafri invites an experienced Collections Subject Matter Expert to architect and implement scalable lending servicing platforms. You will drive automation, optimize payment technologies such as DebiCheck and debit orders, and leverage Camunda for workflow orchestration and React for front-end experiences.

Your deep knowledge of collections operations, regulatory requirements, and real-time processing will help modernize workflows and reduce manual effort across the financial services

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale repayment, collections, lending platforms in financial services.
• Strong expertise with Camunda Workflow Orchestration, React Front-End, and API-led integration.
• Experience with real-time processing, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integrations.

We are seeking a highly experienced Collections Subject Matter Expert to provide technical and operational expertise in the design, development, and implementation of our collections and lending servicing platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of collections operations and technical proficiency in workflow orchestration, front-end development, and API integrations to drive automation and enhance efficiency within our financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for collections operations, lending servicing processes, and related payment technologies (e.g., Debit Orders, DebiCheck).
• Provide technical guidance and leadership in the implementation and optimization of Camunda Workflow Orchestration, React Front-End Development, and API-led integration strategies.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging Event-driven Architecture, Rules Engines, and Real-time Processing capabilities.
• Oversee the integration of DebiCheck and manage debit order processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize expertise in Azure Platform Services to deploy and manage solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Enterprise Security Controls and implement robust Monitoring and Reporting Frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize operational processes and reduce manual effort through automation initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of strategies for payment collections, arrears management, and customer communication processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with financial services regulatory requirements and banking operational risk controls.

• Experience: Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale repayment, collections, lending servicing, or debt management platforms within financial services. Proven experience implementing workflow technologies, decisioning engines, real-time processing, and enterprise integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to modernise operational processes and reduce manual effort through automation.
• Experience in a similar role within the financial services or banking sector.
