Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a Change Enablement Lead to drive adoption and integration of new technologies across repayment, collections, lending servicing and debt management platforms. The role requires blending technical expertise with deep financial services operations knowledge to maximise benefits from implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale repayment, collections, lending servicing, or debt management platforms in financial services.
• Proven experience implementing workflow technologies, decisioning engines, real-time processing and enterprise integrations.
• Track record of modernising operations and reducing manual effort through automation.
• Agile methodologies experience and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation and adoption of workflow orchestration, real-time processing, and API-led integration.
• Oversee front-end integration (React) aligned with security controls.
• Implement rules engines and event-driven architectures to optimize processes.
• Guide Debi Check and debit order management system integrations.
• Leverage Azure Platform Services to enhance deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on Collections Ops, Lending Servicing, and Payment Collections needs.
• Identify automation opportunities to modernize processes and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and banking risk controls.
• Develop change enablement strategies and ensure user adoption.
• Provide technical guidance through change lifecycle.

Job description

The Change Enablement Lead will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and integration of new technologies and processes within the organization, specifically focusing on the modernisation of repayment, collections, lending servicing, and debt management platforms. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and deep knowledge of financial services operations to ensure seamless transitions and maximised benefits from implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic implementation and adoption of workflow orchestration, real-time processing, and API-led integration solutions.
• Oversee the integration of new front-end development (React) and ensure alignment with enterprise security controls and monitoring frameworks.
• Facilitate the implementation of Rules Engines and Event-driven architectures to optimize business processes.
• Manage and guide the integration of specific solutions like Debi Check and debit order management systems.
• Leverage expertise in Azure Platform Services to support and enhance deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current Collections Operations, Lending Servicing Processes, and Payment Collections needs.
• Identify opportunities to modernize operational processes and reduce manual effort through automation.
• Ensure solutions align with Financial Services Regulatory Requirements and Banking Operational Risk Controls.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective change enablement, ensuring user adoption and proficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the change lifecycle.
