You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate customer pain points into value-driven offerings while contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain with commercial exposure.
• Strong hunter sales mindset with proven new business results.
• Ability to grow Retail/Lifestyle/Technology segments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute targeted account strategies within Retail / Lifestyle / Technology segments.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline (3–6x coverage) through proactive hunting.
• Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, and solution-based selling.
• Understand customer supply chain needs and translate into tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Position and sell end-to-end logistics and supply chain offerings.
• Own commercial discussions, negotiations, and closing of new business.
• Collaborate with internal CX, Product, and Operations teams for delivery excellence.
• Ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Continuously gather market intelligence to refine targeting and positioning.
