The role requires a Master’s in Agriculture, 10+ years in large-scale operations, and strong budgeting and leadership skills. Travel to farm sites is expected; an executive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale agricultural operations, with crop and livestock exposure.
• Proven track record in integrated farming systems managing diverse assets.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all crop and livestock activities.
• Develop and implement integrated farm plans to optimize resource use and productivity.
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial viability of farming operations.
• Oversee adoption of modern agricultural technologies and best practices.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers, agronomists, veterinarians, and workers.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, health, and safety compliance.
