Placements24 is seeking a highly strategic Farm Operations Director for a large-scale agricultural enterprise near Pretoria. You will lead integrated crop and livestock farming, drive performance, and oversee resource allocation, technology adoption, and team development across multiple units.

The role requires a Master's in Agriculture or related field, 10+ years in large-scale ops, strong financial acumen and a proven track record in integrated farming.

• Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale agricultural operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing integrated farming systems.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
