Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within insurance.
• Excellent understanding of different insurance products (life, health, property).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements.
• Present and explain various insurance policies, highlighting benefits and coverage details.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth policy issuance and client support.
