Placements24 is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Specialist to join their Durban team. You will engage with potential clients, assess their needs, and propose tailored life, health, property, and casualty insurance solutions while delivering exceptional client service.

You will build relationships, process applications with accuracy, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets with uncapped commission. A company vehicle and fuel allowance are provided as part of a dynamic, supportive office

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products (life, health, property, casualty).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with resilience and results‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Relevant industry licenses or certifications are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Conduct needs analyses to recommend suitable policies.
• Present and explain insurance products and coverages clearly.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
