Recruitment Insured is seeking a Portfolio Administrator/Manager (Account Executive) to join their Bedfordview team. You will manage client portfolios, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 3–10 years in short-term insurance, RE5, FAIS compliance, and solid communication. Office-based with occasional client visits; own vehicle and license preferred.

Formación

• 3–10 years' relevant client-facing experience in insurance (short term/commercial/Assets All Risks/personal lines/travel)
• Experience managing and growing a client portfolio
• New business development experience
• Client retention
• RE5
• FAIS compliance
• NQF Level 4/5 in Short-Term Insurance or industry qualification
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Attention to detail – compliance and documentation

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service an allocated portfolio of insurance clients
• Actively source, develop, and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct client reviews and risk assessments
• Provide tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals
• Negotiate terms with insurers and underwriting partners
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Assist with claims support and resolution if required
