• Able to establish, build and manage sound interpersonal relationships (internal & external).
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture of new business policies.
• Endorsements and amendments.
• Post loss underwriting.
• Ensure existence of cover.
• Liaison with client on all aspects of claim.
• Notification to client of welcome pack.
• Deal with client queries related to HOC.
• Liaison with Insurers and Brokerage Sales Force for policy administration.
• Bank confirmations.
