• Lead warming and generation: generating leads for different insurance companies.
• Product and industry knowledge: understanding insurance products and trends.
• Time on the dialer: taking calls, engaging with leads, and maximizing productive interactions.
• Generate profit and revenue: collaborate with sales to convert leads into sales and maximize revenue.
• Data capturing and admin: design and maintain lead data systems, conduct regular audits for accuracy and compliance.
