Job summary

Kinetic Group Solutions (KGS) is seeking motivated individuals for an in-office Call Centre Agent – Lead Generation role in Centurion. The position focuses on outbound sales and generating qualified insurance leads within a commission-based structure.

You will follow scripts, ask qualifying questions, and record information while aiming to meet daily targets. Training and coaching are provided, with growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Remuneration: 100% Commission-Based (No Basic Salary)

Kinetic Group Solutions is looking for motivated, reliable and confident individuals to join our growing call centre team. We specialise in outbound sales and qualified lead generation within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and submit qualified insurance leads.
• Follow campaign scripts and procedures.
• Ask qualifying questions and accurately record customer information.
• Meet daily calling, lead and quality targets.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Confidence and professionalism on the phone.
• Reliable, punctual and target-driven.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Able to work in-office in Centurion/Pretoria.
