Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent education is required.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person about policies, billing, and coverage.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately.
• Assist clients with initiating claims and provide updates.
• Educate customers on policies and suggest additional coverage.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
