Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and organize incoming insurance claims documentation.
• Accurately enter claim data into the company's claims management system.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted forms and supporting documents.
• Identify missing information or discrepancies and communicate with claimants or agents for clarification.
• Categorize claims based on type, coverage, and complexity.
• Route processed claims to the appropriate claims adjusters or specialized departments.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical claim files.
• Assist claims adjusters and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for claim processing.
• Ensure timely processing of claims to meet service level agreements.
