Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Installation Technician to lead remote-guided installations and coordinate field teams. The role focuses on remote project execution, client liaison, and documentation to ensure timely, high-quality installations across the Sandton, Gauteng region.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end installation logistics, maintain meticulous records, and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Installation Technician or Coordinator in a technical/service environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Excellent remote communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient with project management tools and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Able to work independently from a fully remote setup.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical specifications or blueprints is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution in installations.
• Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools and remote workflows.
