Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission new equipment and systems at client sites.
• Perform diagnostic tests and quality checks to ensure optimal performance post-installation.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and installation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during installation processes.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and support teams remotely to report progress and address challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Installation Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems as they relate to equipment installation.
• Proficiency with installation tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple tasks and locations.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and remote team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Gauteng region and occasionally further afield.
