Qualifications

• HVAC or Building Technologies sales/estimation, min 3 years
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• CRM proficiency and ERP familiarity
• Ability to influence key decision makers
• Strong phone communication skills at high volume

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and HVAC service requests.
• Build strong relationships through distributors and ensure repeat business and account retention.
• Create and manage proposals in SFDC, including pricing guidance, upsell opportunities, and full review before submission.
• Oversee the end-to-end cycle from lead identification to ERP booking.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups, track renewals, and communicate expiring proposals.
• Review job cards, terms & conditions, and payment terms according to JCI standards.
• Collaborate with regional teams for site details and asset counts.
• Analyze quotation performance, market trends, and provide regular sales insights.
• Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training.
