Job summary

Electrical Weighthousers in Richards Bay seeks an Internal Sales Representative to support the sales team with inbound/outbound outreach and customer relationship management.

The role requires Matric, at least two years in cable/electrical wholesale sales, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will liaise with internal and external teams to process orders and coordinate logistics.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum two years sales experience in the Cable, Electrical and Wholesale industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Understanding of technical and electrical products.
• Strategic planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management.
• Establish relationships with new- and existing customers.
• Identifying sales opportunities and market trends.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
• Provide an Internal support function to External sales representatives.
• Processing of sales orders and quotations, arranging logistics.
