Isilumko Staffing seeks a Regional Business Development Officer (Inland) to grow sustainable cullet recoveries across Gauteng, North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Freestate. You will identify opportunities, expand recovery infrastructure, and engage suppliers within Inland regions.

The role requires public speaking, travel around inland regions (about 30%), and the ability to develop practical recovery plans with regional stakeholders. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in sales, marketing or logistics is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel across Inland regions (approx. 30%).

Responsabilités

• Drive cullet recovery growth across designated Inland regions.
• Analyze regional glass recycling performance and maintain forecasts.
• Identify and implement projects to increase collections and access to recovery points.
• Develop and sustain supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement across regions.
