Job summary

Business Partners Limited in Johannesburg seeks a Regional Property Manager - Inland to lead the property management portfolio, drive financial performance, and ensure operational excellence across the region.

You will oversee budgets, contracts, maintenance, and compliance while guiding a diverse team and aligning with corporate governance.

Reporting to Executive General Manager: Property Management, you will identify growth opportunities and safeguard asset value within the Inland region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property studies.
• 8–10 years’ experience in property management.
• 4–6 years in a managerial position.
• Experience managing a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to the Administration and Operations teams.
• Assume full accountability for the region’s financial performance and budgets.
• Approve and sign contracts within the Delegation of Authority limits.
• Identify and secure new property management opportunities.
• Manage owned, co-owned and third‑party properties.
• Oversee maintenance and capex programmes from budgeting to procurement.
• Manage rental collections, credit control, arrears, and recoveries.
• Identify, monitor and report audit findings and risks.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and standards across the regional portfolio.
