Job summary
Schneider Electric in South Africa seeks a senior leader to manage the Eskom strategic partnership, driving revenue growth, solution adoption, and stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and monitor performance and contract compliance.
You will influence Eskom's digital transformation and grid modernization initiatives, build senior relationships, and report to the Vice President - Power Systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business, or related field (master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, or energy sector.
- Experience in key account management or segment leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between Schneider Electric and Eskom, ensuring a trusted partnership.
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan for Eskom, including revenue growth, solution adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions, services, and support to Eskom.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance.
- Influence Eskom's digital transformation, sustainability, and grid modernization initiatives.
- Lead account platforming activities and participate in opportunity shaping and negotiations.
