Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Strong networking and cloud security fundamentals.
• Experience securing Docker/Kubernetes environments.
• Cloud security certifications are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years focused on cloud security engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security services.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security tools, such as security groups, WAFs, KMS, IAM, and cloud security posture management (CSPM) solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and common cloud attack vectors.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security implications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote-first work environment.
• Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
