ICT Manager

We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager to lead our technology operations, with a particular focus on ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of information technology, strong ERP system expertise, and a hands-on approach to solving hardware and software challenges.

You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our ICT infrastructure, supporting users, and collaborating with third-party vendors to implement and support systems that enable business efficiency and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA and other core ERP systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Oversee IT systems including data security, network access, and backup systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate implementation of new technologies.
• Ensure that all IT systems are current, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
