OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, seeks a Creator & Influencer Partnerships Manager in Durban. You will connect clients with creators, build a diverse, authentic creator community, and drive influencer strategies across platforms.

The role blends relationship management, strategy, and operational execution to scale programmes globally. You will recruit and manage creators, craft engaging briefs, organise events, and report on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator management for consumer brands.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube across platforms.
• Ability to manage ongoing creator communities and ambassador programmes.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of influencer contracts, usage rights, and disclosure rules.
• Experience with budget tracking and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage diverse creators who reflect brand values.
• Develop and manage the creator engagement programme for long-term relationships.
• Coordinate influencer activations, briefs, and content calendars.
• Monitor content usage rights, approvals, and compliance.
• Report on campaign performance and community health metrics.
• Manage budgets, gifting, and event spend; raise PO requests.
• Scale the creator programme across markets and platforms.
• Partner with brand teams to share results and recommendations.
