Job summary

impact.com is seeking a talented Creator Marketing Manager in Cape Town to lead growth and engagement within client Creator Communities. You will design and scale strategies for creator recruitment, relationship management, and community growth to build a vibrant, profitable partner network.

Collaborate with brands and internal teams to source creators, manage campaigns end-to-end, ensure FTC compliance, and analyze performance metrics to drive upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Community Management.
• Strong understanding of creator and affiliate marketing strategies, tools and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to engage diverse creators and clients.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance-led strategies to attract creators aligned with brand goals.
• Strategize content creation and casting to stay on trend within social media landscape.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and campaign execution, including offshore support when needed.
• Source and vet qualified creators, providing data-driven recommendations based on metrics.
• Create creator briefs based on guidelines and FTC compliance; manage campaign reporting.
• Negotiate terms, coordinate product orders, and gather content drafts from creators.
• Monitor timelines and budgets to meet revenue goals and client deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creator/affiliate strategies with business goals.
