impact.com, the leading partnership management platform, seeks a Senior Creator Account Manager in Cape Town to drive growth across influencer and affiliate programs, partnering with brands in fashion, parenting, tech and beyond to design and scale performance-led creator strategies that deliver measurable results.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in influencer marketing, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build decks, pitch proposals, and manage campaigns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of influencer marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop influencer campaign proposals, including pricing and decks.
• Collaborate with Sales to answer RFPs and pitch influencer marketing strategy.
• Own influencer campaign execution across multiple brand accounts.
• Manage relationships and revenue with portfolio of customers.
• Oversee communication and negotiations with creators.
• Build relationships with creators and influencers to recruit them to campaigns.
• Create and manage paid amplification campaigns (Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads).
• Monitor budgets and timelines to meet revenue goals and deadlines.
• Provide excellent client service and guidance, ensuring satisfaction.
