In this role you will lead cross-functional collaboration with brand teams, manage campaigns end-to-end, and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6+ years in affiliate/creator marketing or community management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse creators and brands.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator recruitment strategies and program development.
• Manage end-to-end creator campaigns from casting to reporting.
• Coordinate with brand, product, and marketing teams to align goals.
• Review content for quality and compliance with briefs.
• Provide client and creator support and drive satisfaction.
• Analyze program performance and surface opportunities for upsell.
